Key Responsibilities & Goals
- Content Creation
- Develop and curate compelling content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Strategy Development
- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Community Engagement
- Foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- MUST be located in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
