Graphic Designer

We are seeking a graphic designer who excels at working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, knows how to manage their time effectively and juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced start-up agency environment. They are an experienced designer who values a deep understanding of the brands they work with and how to connect with their audiences with their unique visual language and style. They are excited by the opportunity to dive into new types of projects and work with a wide range of brands. They are able to communicate their thought process with the team and are receptive to feedback.

MUST be located in the United States
2-3 years of experience in a design position
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Able to work quickly and efficiently on tight deadlines
Able to communicate and collaborate in a team environment
Receptive to feedback
Excellent at time management
Excited to dive into a wide variety of projects and willing to learn
Able to edit/write basic copy
Ability to think through design work from concept to completion, and communicate thought process
Values design research and sourcing inspiration
Agency or start-up experience
Experience working in a remote position

Create branded, visually interesting email designs, print materials and social media posts/ads for various clients
Create idea boards to explore concepts for client launches
Effectively execute feedback from the Creative Director and Lead Design team members
Provide thoughtful feedback on work from other creative team members
Consistently work towards growth as a creative team member in both technical skill and communication
Effective communicate with Accounts team to ensure the meeting of deadlines
