We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and experience in implementing and optimizing CRM strategies. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maximizing our customer database to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Goals

  1. CRM Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing and sales goals.

  1. Data Management
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the customer database.
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.

  1. Segmentation and Targeting
  • Utilize customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages and campaigns to specific target audiences.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted and personalized communications.

  1. Campaign Analysis
  • Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven analysis.

  1. Automation and Technology
  • Implement and optimize CRM automation tools to streamline processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated on CRM technologies and recommend system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
